S.W.A.T. - SEASON 04

As Black Lives Matter protests recall the turmoil in Los Angeles following the Rodney King trial three decades ago, S.W.A.T. continues to engage the city’s toughest criminals. Whether they are fighting to prevent a ruthless a drug cartel from expanding its territory, confronting a corrupt religious cult that preys on vulnerable young people, or stopping a mob family’s internal struggle from spilling onto the streets, they remain committed to keeping the peace. As the team’s personal challenges reflect the fragility of their lives outside of headquarters, the city’s hesitance to punish some racist cops forces them to risk their careers to expose the bad behavior. But as S.W.A.T. works to take these outlaws off the street, the fallout places Hondo (Shemar Moore) at odds with his superiors and raises questions about his future with the LAPD.
