CULVER CITY, CA (MAY 11, 2016) - Josh Greenstein, President, Worldwide Marketing & Distribution for Sony Pictures Motion Picture Group, today announced that Jeffrey Godsick will join the studio as Executive Vice President, Worldwide Partnerships for the Motion Picture Group (MPG).

Godsick, who will begin work at MPG on May 31, will report dually to Dwight Caines, President, Domestic Theatrical Marketing for MPG and Michael Horn, President, International Marketing for MPG. In this newly created role, Godsick will lead the creation and execution of global promotions strategies for the studio's films.

"Jeffrey is an accomplished marketer with a track record of success leading impactful worldwide partnership campaigns," said Greenstein. "He will be an important addition to the Motion Picture Group as we continue to increase our focus on reaching global audiences. We are thrilled to welcome him to the studio."

Godsick most recently served as President of Fox Consumer Products at Twentieth Century Fox, where he oversaw all of Fox's consumer products activities and led the worldwide licensing strategy for Fox's film and television properties. He previously held several senior marketing positions at Twentieth Century Fox's film division. Godsick began his careers at Columbia Pictures as an Assistant Field Manager, working on films including Ghostbusters.
