Maria Dreyer Promoted To Senior Vice President, Advertiser Sales & Branded Integration For Sony Pictures Television
CULVER CITY, CA (May 20, 2013) - Maria Dreyer has been upped to senior vice president, advertiser sales & branded integration for Sony Pictures Television (SPT), it was announced today by Amy Carney, president, advertiser sales, strategy & research, SPT, to whom she reports.
In this position, Dreyer will act as a liaison between advertiser sales, production, legal, marketing and clientele. Dreyer is responsible for keeping all stakeholders aligned so that production deadlines are met and within budget, and all deal points are agreed to by all parties for “The Dr. Oz Show,” “The Queen Latifah Show” and for future programs and clients. In addition, Dreyer will negotiate multi-platform branded entertainment partnerships on behalf of SPT.

Based in New York, Dreyer joined SPT’s sales division in 1996. In 1999, Dreyer became an account executive where she negotiated client deals for syndicated programming including “Seinfeld,” GSN, MOJO HD and DirecTV, for the eastern region. In 2008, Dreyer was upped to director, advertiser sales where she continued to negotiate deals, across platforms, for syndicated programs and for The Tennis Channel and SPT’s digital network, Crackle. Most recently, Dreyer served as vice president, where she negotiated and executed branded entertainment deals for multiple clients in “The Dr. Oz Show” and the upcoming “The Queen Latifah Show.” She also developed integrated proposals that reflected in-show concepts, media and digital platforms and acted as a liaison between producers, clients and management on all integrations.
Dreyer graduated from Seton Hall University with a bachelor of arts in communication.
