Crackle Receives Four Webby Nominations And Six Official Honors

CULVER CITY, CA (April 16, 2013) - Crackle, the multi-platform entertainment network has been nominated in four categories in the 17th annual Webby Awards and honored in an additional six by the International Academy of Digital Arts and Sciences. A leading international award honoring excellence on the Internet, the Webbys recognized Crackle's strong multi-platforms and original series in 2012 as the best among 11,000 international submissions.

Nominations include Crackle for Best Online Film & Video Entertainment Channel and original hit series "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee" was nominated for three awards including Best Comedy Series, Best Editing and Best Individual Performance by Jerry Seinfeld.

Additionally, Crackle was recognized as an Official Honoree alongside Nominees in six categories: Best Web Media Streaming; Best Web Television; Original series "The Ropes" as Best Drama; Original series "The Unknown" as Best Drama; Original series "From The Basement" as Best Music; and the Crackle Barnes & Noble Nook Tablet Application for Best User Experience.
