MIAMI, FL (January 17, 2012) - Sony Pictures Television (SPT) announced today a new original teleseries from the creators and executive producers of Rosario Tijeras and Tres Milagros, LA PREPAGO. 60 episodes of the series, to be produced in Colombia by Teleset and SPT in high definition, have already been licensed to broadcasters in the Colombia and US Hispanic markets.

Inspired by a true story and filmed entirely on location, LA PREPAGO is about a woman leading a double life: one as a beautiful university student with a normal love life from a traditional family, the other as a high-class escort. LA PREPAGO takes viewers on a fast-paced journey through the life of this young woman, whose two worlds ultimately collide.

Inspired by the book "Las Memorias de Andrea," a true story, LA PREPAGO is written by veteran scribes Carlos Duplat and Luz Mariela Santofimio. The series is produced by SPT and Teleset, which has 17 years of experience producing television in Latin America, having produced more than 3,000 hours of programming.
