 Truth really is stranger than fiction! That’s the premise of RIPLEY’S BELIEVE IT OR NOT!, Sony Pictures Television's look at the world of strange and fascinating phenomena. RIPLEY’S BELIEVE IT OR NOT! is hosted by actor Dean Cain (Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman) and features field correspondent Kelly Packard (Baywatch.) The series will premiere in off-network syndication on September 15, airing weekdays in a half-hour, fast paced format. (Check local listings for time and station.) Additionally, RIPLEY'S continues in its fourth season on the TBS Superstation in its original one-hour format, airing Wednesday nights at 9PM ET/PT. RIPLEY’S BELIEVE IT OR NOT! takes viewers through a world of amazing feats, facts, and artifacts that stretch the limits of imagination. And everything on the show is real -- no professional actors, no elaborate sets. Robert L. Ripley is a name synonymous with the strange, the fantastic and the bizarre. Millions of people have visited his museums throughout the globe. On RIPLEY’S BELIEVE IT OR NOT!, Cain exhibits artifacts from the Ripley’s extensive vault collection. The show identifies inconceivable medical miracles; unbelievable animals; unusual rites or rituals of other cultures; and reveals never been seen before, world record-breaking feats. Additionally, RIPLEY’S BELIEVE IT OR NOT! visits diverse locations such as Hollywood Boulevard, the Las Vegas Strip or stadiums across the country to perform mind-boggling events in front of a live, studio audience.
